Clinton B. Townsend

Clinton B. (“Bill”) Townsend is a graduate of Harvard Law School and practices law in Skowhegan, Maine. He is past president of Maine Rivers and continues to serve on its Board of Directors. Its mission is to protect, restore, and enhance the health and vitality of Maine’s rivers. He has served on Maine’s Land Use Regulation Commission and as a U.S. commissioner to the North Atlantic Salmon Conservation Organization.
